Lukes garden

lukes garden is about a boy that has a garden behide a row of cottages and loved cleanning and doing his garden and his story is told by a news paper seller who new him best and found out waht happend to him and thats all im going to tell you about the book. i think pepole up to 10 to 15 will like this book and that me now hope you like my blog
Title- Lizzys War

This book is about a girl that was in her house when a bomb hit it so her house collapsed.She then went to live with an old lady until hetr mum got sorted out because she was living with one of her friends.Her mum came to visit her every to weeks.One day lizzy was out in the garden playing on the swing when a bomb went off.After that she found a heavy glass bottle and took it back to the house for a door stoper,when the womans friend came over he took the door stopper away because he thought it might of been a bomb.In the end lizzys mum came over and lizzy told her everything she was doing then lizzys mum noticed the old woman had no rings on so she thought she had to sell them for money but then she noticed they were sitting in the garden.
I really liked this book and i thought it wads quite good and my favourite charater was lizzy because she was brave.
I think the book is suitable for 8-12.
The David Beckham Acadamy by Tommy Donbavand.
This book is about a boy called Charlie who wants to play with the David Beckham Acadamy team.But can he do it without his lucky gloves?
My Favourite event was when he was able to play without his lucky gloves and I loved it.
This book could be for any football fan and most of my friends would like it.
The More the Merrier

This book is about a family.There was a mum, a dad, a sister and two brothers.the mum did all the housework and the dad fixed things.The boys were jokers and the girl was very imaginary,she liked faries.
It was christmas and the family invited their relatives over for dinner.The cooker door broke and dad tried to fix it.The whole family opened their presents.Nex the boy lost his aunties pearl earings and the mum and auntie had a row.Fionally all the relatives left and the family were left alone.
I liked this book,it was funny.I liked the part when the boys and girl all got beards for their christmas.My favourite character was Titania(the little girl) because she was always singing.
I think this book is suitable for first years and people that like christmas.
Foul Play

I ti s about a boy called Danny. He tries to solve a crime of two burglars but he gets mixed up and he tries now he is treying to save his favourite football player.
I thought the book was great. I liked the part where Danny was getting shot at by a masked man. My favourite character was Danny.
I think this book is suitable for people aged 9+. Mystery type people will like this book.

This book is about two boys Salim and Adam.Salim is Islamic and Adam is Christian.At the begining Slaim starts off as a Doctors apprentice
and Adam becomes a dog boy.THEN adam is sent out with the Fortis men to fight in the Crusade.Salim and Doctor mussa set out to the sluntains camp.Then the lord of Fortis dies and said to Adam that he is his son.Then tibby goes missing his nice.Tibby is about to be sold in Jersulam Adam goes and brings Tibby back and is sent bact to England for Destuation
I Think this book is great.It also has strong lanuage.

I liked this book and my favourite character was janices friends called linus and charlie because they cared for Janice and stuck up for her

This book is about a boy called David Crosby and he wants to be a tennis star but he needs a special item which has magic to make anyone good at anything.Fletcher Smith is a spotrs P.I. and he goes about looking for young talent a cricket.Samson Boliviar is a guy that takes people and gets them to do his dirty work.
I think the book is suitable for ages 10 and over.Most cricket and sprts fans would like the book.My favourite charactor is Fletcher Smith because i likr the way he acts in the book.
Soccer Squad Stars by Bali Rai
This book is about a team called the Rushton Reds who are not the best team in the league. They have a lot of girls on the team so a tv crew come to see the girls play.
My favourite part is when Rushton Reds play The Eagles because the tv crew are there did the team try anything fancy.
This book could be for any football fan in the world.
My favourite character is Chris because he is the playmaker in the team.
Scream Street

This Book Is About A Boy Called Luke Watson. He is a werewolf and he moves to scream street with his mum and dad they don't like it there. He makes new friends called Resus Negative who wants to be a vampire and Cleo Farr who is a tomboy mummy. Lukes parents are scared from their neighbours because they arevampires.
I really liked this book it was good to read. My favourite event was when all 3 of them was running and a zombie came up from the ground and crabbed lukes leg and said it was his.
My favourite charactor is Cleo Farr because she is a tomboy mummy and she wasn't afraid to do anything.

I thought this book was really good and very exciting. It captures emotion fantastically and is hard to put down.
My favourite characters were Bella and Edward and I also enjoyed the part when Bella sees Edward again. I think the people that would enjoy this most would be aged between 11-19, and also like reading romantic books.

This book is about a girl named Lemmie who moves house and believes
in marshmallow magic. she has a sister called reose rouge who she loves. and she does lots of marshmallow magic. she has a few best friends one of them is called jade.i very enjoyed this book my favourite character was lemmie and her friend jade. i think this book was very instresting because this girl lemmie loves her sister and most people hate their sister. i think this book is suitable for people who like magic and people who like reading thingd like magic,peoples lifes,and people who like fiction. anyone who reads this should enjoy it as it is a brillant book and am glad a chose to read it if i was you i would read it.

A turn in the grave is a book about a young boy that is taunted in a way by his step mother.He is also made to be a slave.My opinion on this book is it's good. I liked it because of all the different things that happened in the story.My favourite characters were Danny Cloke and Cyril Spectre.I thikn the book would be suitable for people that are about the ages between 7 to 12/13 because of some words that are a little bit hard. I think someone with a good imagination woulg like this book because of the spirits in it.I think this book is very imaginative so you can sense what it is going to be about.Danny Cloke is the young boy in the story he has been mad eto be a slavewhen his dad was not there.Cyril Spectre was the author of the book Danny was reading Cyril Spectre is a spirit in the story but he still wrote books.

ice creams and dreams
For my first book i picked ice creams and dreams by cathy cassidy .It was a good book but it wasent the best book i cauld have chosen because it only has about sixty or seventy pages and i am used to big thick books.If it had went on for longer it would have been much much better because i wanted to know what would happen latter on in the other books.
The book was about two girls one was caller emily and one was called shannon it was one of the girls birhday so her friend took her to the planetarium for the hole of that day.Then she bought her an ice cream and they relaxed under all the stars and the planets and said this has been the best birthday ever yet.
I think the book would have been suitable for a person that really loves their best friend because it has recipes for sleepovers and plans for you friend's birthday party. It has a friend quiz, friends' facts and how to sort out fallouts with your best friend ever.
My favourite character was Emily because she is nice and she was very, very enthusiastic.
Next time I would like to read an animal book.
RSoccer Squad

This book was about a football team called the Rushton Reds they got in the final of a cup the semi final was against a hard team but they bet them 4-3 . They are in the final now but it doesn't get played in the book so that was the bit that I didn't like . My favourite character was Abs he was the main character in the story he was a good footballer

In London two boys were walking along the London streets but the two boys were not alone another thing thing is spying on them.Up the top of Big Ben something was watching them.
I liked the book because it is exciting,adventerous.My favourite event was when the gargoyle swopt down and grabed one of the boys and then he vanished into the darkness.My favourite character was the gargoyle because he is scary
Nelly The Monster Sitter , Cowcumbers , Pipplewaks and Altigators. BY Kes Gray
This book was about a girl who baby sits monsters .In the first chapter a girl called Nelly baby sits for the cowcumbers and gets a bad visit from the tooth snatching TOOTH FURRY .In the seconed chapter Nelly babysits an egg, but when it hatches she does not know what to feed it and there is almost a disaster which could end her career.Finally in the last chapter she helps the Altigators overcome their fear of depths .
I liked the third chapter and the first chapter because I found them funny and entertaining . I think the book is suitable for all the familly and would make a great bedtime story .
shouting at the stars

and she plays at places for people to see and hear her play. Then a heckler starts coming to where she plays and starts calling out nasty stuff to layla. so layla wrote a song about the heckler and she only sang it when she felt like she wanted to sing it. she wanted to meet the heckler so she could ask him why he is following he around and so he can stop it.
She trys really hard to ignore the heckler but she can,t cause all he does is shouts at her.
this book is cool and it learns you that stars are not always loved by some people
Buffy the Vampire Slayer ,OMNIBUS

This book is about a normal teenager called Buffy . Then she meets this old man and he teaches her how to fight and kill vampires .
I enjoyed this book but I found alot of parts confusing because I'm not used to reading comic book strips .
My favourite character was buffy because she does what she has to in order to stop the vampires .
I think the book is more suited to fourteen year olds because it has some teenager content in it .
I would just like to say apart from the confusion and teenager content it was a very good book .

There's a girl called Chloe that totally loves singing and spends hours practising in her room, miming into her hair brush.But when she gets the chance to audition for Rockley Park.For teh school wannabe pop stars and Chloe determineds to make the grade but she has to persuade her parents that her ambition is for real.But life in the music biz isn't all glitz and glamour.
I liked the book because i thought it waws funny waht Chloe did with her hair brush and amahgined that people was watching her but no one was.My favourite events was when she did what to do anything else sept sing infront of her mirror with a brush.
I think this book will be suitable for people in 1st year and second if any of them would like it.
My favourite character in the book was Chloe because i liked what she did in the book and i also thought it was great

Pinocchio- By Carlo Collodi
Pinocchio is a fable about a puppet that is very badly behaved. As he journeys through the story he finds himself almost being killed, in jail, turned into a donkey, flung off a cliff, eaten by a shark and lots of other near death experiances too.
Pinocchio finaly realises the error of his ways and so is rewarded by the kind fairy with azure hair. The story was also funny in some parts.
I really like the book because there was a new adventure around every corner. My favourite character in the book was the snail because I found her funny! My favourite part in the book is when Pinocchio and his friend Lamp-Wick are taken to the land of toys.
I think this book would be suitable for people aged about 7+ because younger children may find it quite disturbing.
The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong
This book is about four teenagers that run away from the Edison Group . Chloe Saunders a necromancer , Simon a saurcerer ,Derek a werewolf and Tori a witch are running for their lives literally .
My favourite characters were Chloe , Derek and Simon .
I enjoyed this book but it did take a while to get through it .
I would suggest this book for over ten year olds because of some faul language .

The simpsons movie comic is all about spring field getting sutt of from the rest of the world and the simpson family escape from the are and head to alaska and them homer and marge break up so marge takes lisa bart and maggie with her and homer is left alone in alsaka then he decides to get marge back so he starts to head to the nearest train and marge and the kids get caougth by the police and get tooking back there AND THEN HOMER GOES TO SAVE THE DAY AND STOP THEM BLOWING SPRINGFIELD UP . i would give this book 10 out of 10 i would also recomend this book to all kids and adults. by ronan miller

I liked this book but my favourite bit is when spider-man gets shocked by the scocker.
It is sutible for spider-man fans but not children because there is swearing in it.

I really enjoyed this book.My favourite character is luke beacause he is good at solving out missions.
This is a really good book for people who like scary adventures.
Gingersnaps By Cathy Cassidy
The book is mostly about Ginger and her best friend Shannon making new friends and meeting new teachers at the the start of the new school year at Kinnerton High.
I liked this book because I think most people will know how Ginger feels and have probably had the problems she's had. My favourite character was Emily Croft because she is one of the lonely girl the y befriend and she is really kind the good thing her personality never changes. I think this book would be sutable for first and second years because they can understand how the characters feel. I think most people would enjoy this book as it is very good.

my book is about Cosmo the witch cat and his baby frog brothers .
and The frog witch and all tyhe baby frog are kidnapped by a stranger with plans for them !!
Cosmo is trying to save the day and figure out the secret spell;)
the book the charlie small jounels:the underworld is a very interesting story about a boy trying to find his way home but lots of unfortunate things happen to him. i would recommend this book to 7-9 yr olds.

Even I found this book scary and I don't scare easily.So I think this would be more suitable for the older generation 12-16 would be suitable

The penguin bought the largest media company in gotham city. to make batrman look bad he sent his crooks to shops to rob them and then when batman came and tried to stop them penguin edited the security tape to make it look lioke that batman was then one who was robbing the store. When the first broadcast of the news channel that penguin recntaly bought batman thoght that he would stop by and sort things out.:)

Matt sat by jakes bedside at the hospital and thats when Matt thought of the two saddest words.
